What are the requirements for starting an exhibit?
It's quick and easy to add an exhibit on Esdantis. If you don't already have an account. Create an account, choose a plan, if you're not sure which plan suits you? Choose the free plan. Add a payment method; this is how you get paid. If you need help contact onboarding support.
Can you clarify the process of fees on Esdantis?
When your art sells there is a payment processing fee of 3.6% + CA$0.35 and transaction fee of 6%. You can join by creating a community plan(free) The seller does not pay for advertising and listing art. All paid plans include free advertising to social media platforms.
What kind of art can be sold on Esdantis?
Any form of painting can be sold, when you add a painting there a numerous kinds of categories you can choose. You can also choose to a painting as a prints and keep the original.
Does Esdantis offer framing services?
Yes, Esdantis offers a framing service for both original works and prints. If you buyer chooses to get the piece framed all you have to do is send us the original painting and we will frame it for you. If it's a print that needs framing, you don't do anything, Our printing services will print the work for you frame it and send it to your buyer.
What steps do I need to take to get paid?
Payments on Esdantis can be accepted payments methods, such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express prepaid credit or Esdantis Gift Cards and debit cards, and Your sales revenue will be directly deposited into your bank account.
How is the seller protected when there is a dispute?
Rest assured with the Seller Protection program, which ensures your peace of mind when facing transaction disputes. If you are unable to come to an agreement with a buyer and meet the eligibility requirements, Etsy's dispute resolution system will step in to assist you in resolving the issue.
Is a credit or debit card a necessity for creating an exhibit?
No, you can create community(free) exhibit without a debit or credit card. For paid plans yes a credit card is required.
How does shipping work on Esdantis?
When you get an order you'll receive an email notifying you to ship the item, unless it is a print, Esdantis will print and ship all prints for the seller. For paintings the seller has to ship it to the buyer. The seller order portal will guide you step by step. Seller with the Gold exhibit plan don't need to do anything. The Gold plan is a full service plan that take care of everything for the seller.
